Payment Options For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. You may also send a money order or personal check in advance, and your order will be sent upon receipt of check or money order (please include a phone number and/or email address so we can contact you with shipping information).
Tax Customers in California will be charged sales tax. No tax will be charged for any shipments made outside of California.
International Orders Shipping rates on the website will calculate for shipments to the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO destinations only. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated after they are received, and we will contact you via email with the shipping charges. Your order will process and ship without notification if your shipping costs are $6.00 or less. If you would like to know the shipping rates before you place an order, please contact us, and we will be happy to calculate shipping rates for all destinations.
Delivery Information Orders for products that are in stock will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days, providing all credit card information is validated. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Three Day Air shipments for in stock items will be shipped the following business day. Air Shipments do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays

Backorders Some items may be out of stock when you order. Should this happen we will notify you by email. Most backorders ship within two weeks, but some may take up to six weeks depending on the manufacturer. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped.
Cancellations and Changes We are happy to change or cancel any order before it is sent to our shipping department. Please call 800-424-6783 to make any changes Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific time, or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday.
Returns & Exchanges * We make every effort to insure that your items arrive intact and in good condition. However, if your product is lost or damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will exchange the product for you at no charge. We do request that if your item is damaged, that you contact us within ten days of receipt of shipment.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Merchandise must be in good condition and in original packaging material. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. When returning merchandise, repack the product(s) and all accessories that have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials.
